Some history of this domain. It was created in 2003 and hosted on my work machine in Monterey initially. When I left Monterey in April 2004, I migrated this domain to my home computer running IIS. The home computer was sitting on top of my refrigerator in my apartment in San Francisco since June 2004. When I moved again in June 2005, I took the machine with me, but quickly realized that the $10 in additional electrical fees wasn't as cost effective as hosting the domain elsewhere for something like $7.50 a month (that and the noise from the server was annoying). So since June 2005, this domain has been hosted elsewhere, and no longer at a machine that I personally control (which I'm okay with).
